⭐ Instructions
1. Cook the fruit
In a medium pot, add:

Raspberries

Water
-
Orange zest
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Add sugar & spices
Once the cranberries start popping, add:

Lemon juice

Cinnamon

Nutmeg (optional)
Stir well and reduce heat.
3. Simmer
Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring often, until:

The mixture thickens into a jam-like consistency
Use a potato masher if you prefer a smoother texture.
4. Finish
Turn off heat and stir in:

Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice if needed.
5. Jar it
Pour hot jam into clean jars.
Let cool, then refrigerate.
