🍫🥜 Chewy Snickers Brownies

Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp salt

Mix-ins & Topping

  • 1 ½ cups chopped Snickers bars (about 6 full-size bars)

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional, extra fudgy)

  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the batter

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch pan.

  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat.

  3. Stir in sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.

  4. Whisk in eggs, one at a time.

  5. Add vanilla, then fold in flour and salt.

  6. Stir in chocolate chips and 1 cup of the chopped Snickers.

2. Assemble

  1. Spread batter into the prepared pan.

  2. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top and swirl lightly with a knife.

  3. Sprinkle remaining Snickers pieces and peanuts over the top.

3. Bake

  • Bake for 28–35 minutes, or until the center is set but still fudgy.

  • Do not overbake—Snickers brownies are best slightly gooey!

4. Finish

  • Let brownies cool at least 30 minutes.

  • Drizzle remaining caramel sauce on top before slicing.
