🍫🥜 Chewy Snickers Brownies
Ingredients
Brownie Base

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

2 cups granulated sugar

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

4 large eggs
-
1 cup all-purpose flour
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
½ tsp salt
Mix-ins & Topping

1 ½ cups chopped Snickers bars (about 6 full-size bars)

1 cup chocolate chips (optional, extra fudgy)

½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the batter

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch pan.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat.

Stir in sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.

Whisk in eggs, one at a time.

Add vanilla, then fold in flour and salt.

Stir in chocolate chips and 1 cup of the chopped Snickers.
2. Assemble

Spread batter into the prepared pan.

Drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top and swirl lightly with a knife.

Sprinkle remaining Snickers pieces and peanuts over the top.
3. Bake

Bake for 28–35 minutes, or until the center is set but still fudgy.

Do not overbake—Snickers brownies are best slightly gooey!
4. Finish

Let brownies cool at least 30 minutes.

Drizzle remaining caramel sauce on top before slicing.
