Steam-Clean Oven “Recipe”
Ingredients

1 oven-safe pan or baking dish

2–3 cups water

(Optional) 2–3 tbsp white vinegar for extra degreasing power
Instructions
1. Prep the oven

Remove any large food debris.

Keep the racks inside — the steam will help clean them too.
2. Fill the pan

Add 2–3 cups of water to an oven-safe pan.

Optional: Add 2–3 tbsp white vinegar to help loosen grease.
3. Heat to create steam

Place the pan on the lowest rack.

Set the oven to 450°F (230°C) or run the Steam Clean / Aqua Clean cycle if your oven has one.

Let it steam for 20–30 minutes.
4. Cool slightly

Turn off the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes — still warm, but safe to touch.
5. Wipe clean

Carefully remove the pan.

Use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe down:

Walls
-
Racks
-
Oven floor
-
Door glass
-
-
The grime should wipe off easily because the steam loosened it.
