Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 10β12 mins, then toss in corn and sausage for another 5 mins. Squeeze in lemon for that zesty kick and bold Southern vibe.
Add shrimp to the pot and boil for 2β3 mins until just pink. Drain everything and transfer to a big bowl or tray β itβs shrimp boil time, baby!
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and smoked paprika. Let it simmer until rich and fragrant, the kind of sauce that coats every bite in buttery bliss.
Pour garlic butter over the shrimp, corn, sausage, and potatoes. Toss to coat every nook with that mouthwatering Cajun flavor. Donβt hold back β this is meant to be juicy, messy, and crazy good.
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra lemon wedges. Serve in bowls or straight from the tray β this is party food at its finest, made to feed a crowd and bring the heat.
