1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or whatever’s in your fridge)

1 cup cooked breakfast meat (bacon, sausage, or ham — even leftover bits work fine!)
🥣 Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish (about 8×8 inches) with butter or oil.

Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until smooth.

Stir in the shredded cheese and cooked meat. Mix well to combine.

Pour the mixture into your prepared dish and smooth out the top.
