🥩 Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
Tender, savory, smothered in rich mushroom gravy — total comfort food.

Ingredients

Patties

  • 1½ lb ground beef

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 packet onion soup mix

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Gravy

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 packet brown gravy mix

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix patties:
    Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, soup mix, Worcestershire, pepper.

  2. Shape:
    Form into 6–8 oval patties.

  3. Layer:
    Place mushrooms & onions in slow cooker.
    Lay patties on top.

  4. Make gravy:
    Whisk soup, gravy mix & broth.
    Pour over patties.

  5. Cook:
    LOW 5–6 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.

  6. Serve:
    Spoon gravy generously over patties.Perfect With
