Ingredients (serves 2):
- 500 g (1 lb) of potatoes (or frozen chips/fries).

- If using gravy granules, mix with boiling water according to the packet instructions.
For homemade gravy:

- Slowly whisk in 300 ml of beef or chicken stock until smooth.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and season to taste.
3. Assemble:
