🍌 Banana Cream Cheesecake
🛒 Ingredients
Crust

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup melted butter

2 tablespoons sugar
Cheesecake Filling

3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

3 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 ripe bananas, mashed
-
1 banana, sliced (for layering)
Banana Cream Topping

1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix

1 ½ cups cold milk
-
1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)

1️⃣ Make the Crust

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake for 8–10 minutes. Cool slightly.
2️⃣ Cheesecake Filling

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add sugar and mix well.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.

Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and mashed bananas.

Pour half the batter over crust.

Add a layer of sliced bananas.

Pour remaining batter on top.
Bake for 55–65 minutes, until center is slightly set but still a little jiggly.
Turn oven off, crack door open, and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
3️⃣ Banana Cream Topping

Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick.

Fold in whipped cream.
