🌶️🧀 Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
Ingredients

1 lb breakfast sausage (hot or mild—your call)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, well drained

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (sharp is best)

2 cups Bisquick (or any baking mix)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix sausage and cream cheese until fully combined.

Stir in drained Rotel and shredded cheese.

Add Bisquick and mix until a thick dough forms. (Hands work best.)

Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a greased or lined baking sheet.

Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

Cool slightly… then devour 🔥
Tips & Variations

Extra spicy? Use Hot Rotel + spicy sausage
-
No Bisquick? Use 2 cups flour + 1 tbsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt
-
Serve with ranch, honey mustard, or spicy mayo
