🌶️🧀 Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (hot or mild—your call)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, well drained

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (sharp is best)

  • 2 cups Bisquick (or any baking mix)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix sausage and cream cheese until fully combined.

  3. Stir in drained Rotel and shredded cheese.

  4. Add Bisquick and mix until a thick dough forms. (Hands work best.)

  5. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a greased or lined baking sheet.

  6. Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

  7. Cool slightly… then devour 🔥

Tips & Variations

  • Extra spicy? Use Hot Rotel + spicy sausage

  • No Bisquick? Use 2 cups flour + 1 tbsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt

  • Serve with ranch, honey mustard, or spicy mayo
