Ingredients

4 lbs chicken wings, split & tips removed

2 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder (crispy magic)

1½ tsp kosher salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika
Method (Oven)

Pat wings very dry.

Toss with baking powder and seasonings.

Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

Bake at 425°F (220°C):

25 min → flip
-
25–30 min more until deeply crispy

Air Fryer Option
-
380°F for 20 min (shake halfway)

Increase to 400°F for 5–8 min until crackly
