Cherry Pie Bombs Recipe

🍒 Cherry Pie Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Optional: powdered sugar or vanilla glaze for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare Biscuits
    Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

  3. Fill
    Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling into the center of each dough circle.

  4. Seal
    Carefully fold dough around the filling, pinching seams tightly to form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  5. Butter & Sugar
    Brush each dough ball with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle generously over the tops.

  6. Bake
    Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  7. Finish
    Let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze if desired.
