đź›’ Ingredients

Main

  • 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 12–14 oz smoked sausage (beef or chicken), sliced into rounds

  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • ÂĽ cup honey

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Optional Garnish

  • Sesame seeds

  • Chopped parsley or green onions

👩‍🍳 Instructions

 Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together:

  • Honey

  • Soy sauce

  • Garlic

  • Lemon juice

  • Chili flakes & black pepper
    Set aside.

Cook the Sausage

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

  • Add sausage slices

  • Cook 4–5 minutes until browned on both sides

  • Remove and set aside

 Cook the Broccoli

  • In the same skillet, add broccoli

  • SautĂ© 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender

  • Remove and set aside with sausage

Cook the Shrimp

  • Add remaining oil or butter

  • Add shrimp in a single layer

  • Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly caramelized

Combine & Glaze

  • Return sausage and broccoli to the skillet

  • Pour in the honey garlic sauce

  • Toss everything together

  • Simmer 2–3 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened

🔥 Serve Hot

  • Garnish with sesame seeds or parsley

  • Serve as-is or over:

    • Rice

    • Noodles

    • Quinoa

    • Or low-carb on its own

  • Don’t overcook shrimp—they turn rubbery fast

  • Want extra sauce? Double the sauce ingredients

  • Add bell peppers or snap peas for more color
