🍫 Ultimate Dark Chocolate Brownies
🛒 Ingredients

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

¾ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup brown sugar
-
2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk (room temp)

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
¾ cup all-purpose flour
-
¼ cup cocoa powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp espresso powder (optional but incredible)
🔥 Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment. -
Melt butter + dark chocolate together
(microwave in 30-sec bursts or over double boiler).
Let cool slightly. -
Whisk in:

granulated sugar
-
brown sugar until glossy.

Whisk in:
-
eggs + yolk
-
vanilla
Beat 30–45 seconds for crackly top.

In separate bowl whisk:

flour
-
cocoa
-
salt
-
espresso powder
-
-
Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.

Pour into pan.
Optional: sprinkle extra chocolate chunks on top. -
Bake 22–26 minutes
Toothpick = moist crumbs (not clean). -
Cool 20–30 minutes before cutting.
