🥩 Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
Patties

1½ lb ground beef

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg
-
½ cup milk
-
1 packet onion soup mix
-
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp black pepper
Gravy
-
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
-
1 packet brown gravy mix
-
1 cup beef broth
-
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
-
1 onion, sliced
Instructions

Mix patties:
Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, soup mix, Worcestershire, pepper. -
Shape:
Form into 6–8 oval patties. -
Layer:
Place mushrooms & onions in slow cooker.
Lay patties on top. -
Make gravy:
Whisk soup, gravy mix & broth.
Pour over patties. -
Cook:
LOW 5–6 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours. -
Serve:
Spoon gravy generously over patties.Perfect With
