Ready in 20 minutes β tender beef, glossy sauce, real flavor.
Ingredients
Stir-Fry

1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thin-sliced against the grain

3 cups broccoli florets

2 tbsp oil
Marinade
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp cornstarch
-
1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
-
Β½ cup beef broth
-
3 tbsp soy sauce
-
2 tbsp brown sugar
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional but amazing)

1 tsp ginger, minced
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions

Marinate beef
Toss beef with marinade. Let sit 10 minutes. -
Blanch broccoli
Boil 1 minute β drain β rinse cold. Set aside. -
Sear beef
Heat oil in hot skillet or wok.
Sear beef in batches, 1β2 min per side. Remove. -
Build sauce
In same pan, add garlic & ginger (20 sec).
Whisk sauce ingredients, pour in. -
Thicken
Simmer until glossy, ~1 minute. -
Combine
Add beef + broccoli. Toss until coated.
Serve With
Steamed rice π β’ noodles π β’ cauliflower rice
