Fried Potatoes, Scrambled Eggs, Smoked Sausage & Toast

Fried Potatoes
Ingredients

3–4 medium potatoes, peeled (or skin-on if you like)

2–3 tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil

½ tsp paprika (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

½ small onion, diced (optional)
Instructions

Cut potatoes into small cubes.

(Optional but recommended) Soak in cold water for 10–15 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add potatoes in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd.

Cook uncovered for 5–6 minutes until the bottoms are golden.

Stir, reduce heat to medium, and continue cooking 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion if using.

Finish with butter, stir, and cook 2 more minutes until crispy and tender.
🌭 Smoked Sausage
Ingredients

300–400 g smoked sausage

1 tsp oil (if pan is dry)
Instructions

Slice sausage into rounds.

Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil if needed.

Add sausage and cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned and slightly crispy.

Remove from heat and keep warm.
🍳 Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients

4–6 eggs

2 tbsp milk or cream

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp butter
Instructions

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan over low–medium heat.

Pour in eggs and let sit for 10 seconds.

Gently stir with a spatula, pushing eggs from edges to center.

Cook slowly until soft and fluffy (do not overcook).

Remove from heat while slightly creamy.
🍞 Toast
Ingredients

4 slices bread
-
Butter (optional)
-
Jam or marmalade (optional, like orange marmalade)
Instructions

Toast bread until golden.

Spread with butter and jam if desired.
