½ lb smoked jalapeño cheddar sausage, sliced

½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

1 tbsp butter

1–2 jalapeños, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ small onion, diced

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

Cheese

1–1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
1. Cook the Sausage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Brown sausage slices until edges are crispy.

Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the Shrimp
-
In the same skillet, add a small drizzle of oil or butter.

Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink.

Remove and set aside with sausage.
3. Build the Creamy Broth

Add butter, onion, garlic, and jalapeños to the skillet.

Sauté 3–4 minutes until soft.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
-
Add paprika, pepper, and a pinch of salt.

Bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Add Cheese

Stir in shredded cheddar until melted and smooth.

Adjust seasoning as needed (add more broth for thinner consistency).
5. Cook the Ramen

Add ramen noodles directly to the creamy broth.

Cook 3–4 minutes, stirring as noodles soften.
6. Finish & Serve

Return the sausage and shrimp to the pot.

Stir everything together until hot and creamy.

Garnish with green onions, extra jalapeños, or a squeeze of lime.
