1. Preheat
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment or lightly grease it.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together:

All spices

3. Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk:

Honey

Molasses

Melted butter

Vanilla
4. Combine
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until fully combined.
Fold in candied orange peel or nuts, if using.
5. Bake
Spread batter evenly into the pan.
Bake 22–28 minutes, or until the center is set and edges are lightly golden.
6. Glaze
While warm, brush with the glaze:
