1 cup white chocolate chips

3 tbsp unsalted butter

3 tbsp heavy cream

1–2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)

1 tbsp lemon zest

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

½ cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
1. Make the Lemon Mixture

In a small saucepan on low heat, combine

white chocolate chips

butter
-
heavy cream
-

Stir constantly until melted and smooth — do not boil.
2. Add the Lemon Flavor
Remove from heat and stir in:

lemon juice
-
lemon zest
-
vanilla (optional)
Mixture should look creamy like in the image.
3. Chill

Pour mixture into a bowl.

Refrigerate 1–2 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
4. Roll Into Balls

Scoop small portions with a spoon.

Roll quickly between your hands into balls.

If too soft, chill again.
5. Coat

Roll each truffle in powdered sugar to finish.

Add a drop of yellow food coloring for a brighter look (optional).
