🥧 Easy Thanksgiving Pecan Pie
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup light corn syrup

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups pecan halves (or chopped pecans)

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven:
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). -
Mix filling:
In a medium bowl, whisk together corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth. -
Add pecans:
Stir in pecan halves or chopped pecans. -
Fill the crust:
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell. -
Bake:
Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until the center is mostly set but still slightly wiggly.
(If the crust edges brown too quickly, cover them with foil.) -
Cool completely:
Let the pie cool for at least 2 hours so it sets properly before slicing.
