Stir-Fried Beef & Veggies with Fries and Fresh Salad
A vibrant, flavorful, and satisfying plate inspired by your image — tender beef stir-fried with peppers, carrots, and mushrooms, served with crispy fries and a fresh salad with a creamy dressing!

For the Beef Stir-Fry
250 g beef strips
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove minced
1 tsp paprika
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ green bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, cut into thin matchsticks
½ cup sliced mushrooms
Salt & pepper
For the Fries
2 potatoes, cut into thin fries
1 tbsp oil
Salt
For the Fresh Salad
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cucumber, sliced
½ tomato, chopped
Optional dressing: 1 tsp olive oil + 1 tsp mustard + pinch salt & pepper
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Make the Fries
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Toss potato strips with oil and salt.
Bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Cook the Beef Stir-Fry
Heat oil in a pan on high.
Add beef, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until browned.
Add carrots, peppers, and mushrooms.
Cook 5–6 minutes until veggies are soft but still vibrant.
Prepare the Salad
Combine lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
Drizzle with mustard dressing or any dressing you prefer.
Assemble the Plate
Add the beef stir-fry, crispy fries, and fresh salad to your plate.
Serve warm and enjoy!
