🧺 Ingredients:

Red fish fillets (fresh or thawed)

Salt, black pepper, and garlic powder

A little butter or olive oil

Fresh lemon (if you’ve got it)

A few boiled potatoes for the side
🥣 Instructions:

Season the fish with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat a skillet with butter or oil over medium heat.

Cook the fish about 3–4 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Squeeze a little lemon on top right before serving.

For the potatoes — just boil ‘em till tender, drain, and put a pat of butter on top.
