Protein and main items:
- 4–6 slices of cooked ham, rolled
- 1 medium pork pie (cut in half or served whole)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved, with the yolk mixed with a little mayonnaise or salad cream
- Optional extras: 1 handful of imitation crab sticks or seafood cocktail.
Fresh veggies:
- Half a head of shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced

- Heinz Salad Cream (for generous drizzling).

- Boil the baby potatoes until they are tender when pierced with a fork (10–15 minutes), then drain and leave to cool.
- Roll the slices of ham.
- Slice or chop all the vegetables as required.
- If using, prepare the seafood cocktail or crab sticks and shred them lightly.
