🍕 Low-carb pepperoni pizza crisps
✅ Ingredients:
- 24 standard-size slices of pepperoni
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional).
- Optional toppings: grated Parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper, fresh basil.
👩🍳 Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Make sure they are not overlapping.
- Top each slice with 1–1.5 teaspoons of shredded mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder, if desired.
- Bake for 6–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of the pepperoni are crisping up.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes – they will crisp up more as they cool.
📝 Tips:
- You can use turkey pepperoni for a lighter version.
- For extra crispiness, blot with kitchen roll right after baking to absorb excess grease.
- They are great for dipping in low-carb marinara sauce or ranch dressing.

- Serve as a snack, appetiser or low-carb party treat. These crisps will keep in an airtight container for up to three days.
