Homemade “Mounjaro” Drink with Pink Salt

🥤 Homemade “Mounjaro” Drink (Pink Salt Version)

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass (250–300 ml) warm water
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon 🍋
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
  • 1 pinch (⅛ tsp) Himalayan pink salt
  • Optional:
    • ½ teaspoon honey 🍯 (for taste)
    • A pinch of cayenne pepper 🌶️ (for metabolism boost)

Instructions:

  1. Warm the water (don’t boil it).
  2. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Stir in the pink salt until dissolved.
  4. Add honey or cayenne if using.
  5. Drink it slowly, preferably:
    • In the morning on an empty stomach or
    • Before meals

💡 What it’s supposed to do:

  • Hydration + electrolytes (from pink salt)
  • Digestion support (apple cider vinegar + lemon)
  • May reduce bloating
  • Mild appetite control (not scientifically strong)

⚠️ Important reality check:

  • This drink is NOT equivalent to Mounjaro (which affects blood sugar hormones).
  • Weight loss effects are limited and indirect.
  • Too much apple cider vinegar or salt can:
    • Irritate your stomach
    • Affect teeth enamel
    • Raise sodium intake
