Chicken Alfredo Garlic Toast

Ingredients

Chicken:
– 2 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and black pepper, to taste

Alfredo sauce:
– 2 tbsp butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– ½ tsp Italian seasoning, optional

Garlic toast:
– 1 loaf French bread, or thick slices of bread
– 3 tbsp softened butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Topping:
1–1½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
– Extra parsley for garnish

🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the chicken
Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Add the chicken cubes and spices.
Cook until golden and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes).
Set aside.

2. Make the alfredo sauce
In the same pan, melt the butter.
Add the garlic and cook for one minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for two to three minutes.
Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until creamy.
Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and mix well.

3. Prepare garlic toast:

mix butter, garlic and parsley, spread on bread slices and toast in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes.

4. Assemble
Spoon the creamy chicken Alfredo onto the toasted bread.
Add the mozzarella cheese on top.

5. Bake
Put back in the oven for 5–8 minutes until the cheese has melted and is bubbling.

6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.

Tips for the best result:

– Use fresh Parmesan (not pre-grated) for a smooth sauce.
– Add a little mozzarella to the sauce for extra stretch.
– Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a golden, cheesy top.
