2 Minute Strawberry Yogurt Dessert

 Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Blender or immersion blender
  • Mixing bowl
  • Serving glasses or bowls

 Ingredients:

  • 750g fresh strawberries (washed and hulled)
  • 450g natural  yogurt (about 3.6% fat, or your preferred variety)
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar (about 16g total; or use 2 tsp sugar + ½ tsp vanilla extract)
  • (Save 4 whole strawberries for garnish)

 Instructions:

  1.  Set Aside Garnish: Reserve 4 whole strawberries for decorating the finished dessert.
  2.  Blend Strawberries: Using an immersion blender or standard blender, purée the remaining strawberries until smooth and silky.
  3.  Mix It Up: In a bowl, stir together the strawberry purée, yogurt, and vanilla sugar until everything is well combined and creamy.
  4.  Serve: Divide the mixture between glasses or bowls.
  5.  Garnish & Enjoy: Top each serving with a whole strawberry. Serve immediately for a soft, creamy dessert, or pop them in the fridge for a short chill if you prefer it a little cooler.

 Extra Tips & Variations:

  • Swap natural yogurt for Greek yogurt if you want a thicker, creamier texture.
  • Add a sprinkle of chopped nuts, chia seeds, or granola for a bit of crunch.
  • Use mixed berries or raspberries if you feel like mixing it up!
