🥜 Sweet Snack Recipe: Cinnamon Sugar Glazed Nuts
Ingredients

2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews, etc.)

1 egg white

1 tablespoon water

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
In a bowl, whisk the egg white and water until frothy (not stiff peaks).

Stir in vanilla extract (if using).

Add the nuts and toss well to coat evenly.

In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the nuts and stir until fully coated.

Spread nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Remove from oven and let cool completely — they will crisp up as they cool.
