Crispy wings feast

🍗🔥 Crispy Wings Feast

Serves: 4–6 (or 2 very committed people)

🪽 Ultra-Crispy Wings (Oven or Air Fryer)

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chicken wings, split & tips removed

  • 2 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder (crispy magic)

  • 1½ tsp kosher salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

Method (Oven)

  1. Pat wings very dry.

  2. Toss with baking powder and seasonings.

  3. Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 425°F (220°C):

    • 25 min → flip

    • 25–30 min more until deeply crispy

Air Fryer Option

  • 380°F for 20 min (shake halfway)

  • Increase to 400°F for 5–8 min until crackly

🌶️ Sauce Lineup (Pick 2–3)

Classic Buffalo

  • ½ cup hot sauce

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Honey Garlic

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Garlic Parmesan

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • ½ cup grated parmesan

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Sweet Chili BBQ

  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce

  • Splash of apple cider vinegar

Toss wings in warm sauce right before serving.
