Prime Rib Steak (Perfect & Juicy)
Ingredients
• 1 Prime rib steak (thick cut)
• Salt
• Black pepper
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1–2 rosemary sprigs
• 1–2 thyme sprigs
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Bring steak to room temperature for 20–30 minutes.

Season generously with salt and black pepper.

Heat a cast-iron pan on high and add olive oil.

Sear the steak 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.

Add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.

Tilt the pan and baste the steak with melted butter for 1–2 minutes.

Cook to your preferred doneness (Medium rare: 54–55°C).

Let it rest 5 minutes before slicing.
