Pineapple Heaven Cake – DON’T LOSE THIS

🍍 Pineapple Heaven Cake

Ultra-moist, fluffy, buttery, and soaked in pineapple goodness.

🧾 Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix

  • 3 large eggs

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)

Pineapple Glaze

  • ½ cup butter

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • ½ cup crushed pineapple (with juice)

Whipped Topping

  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed

(Optional garnish: toasted coconut or pineapple chunks)

🧁 Instructions

1. Bake the Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and 1 cup pineapple (with juice).

  3. Pour into greased 9×13 pan.

  4. Bake 28–32 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

2. Make the Pineapple Glaze

While cake bakes:

  1. In saucepan combine:

    • butter

    • sugar

    • ½ cup pineapple (with juice)

  2. Bring to gentle boil for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly.

  3. Remove from heat.

3. Soak the Cake

  1. Poke warm cake all over with fork.

  2. Pour hot pineapple glaze over entire cake.

  3. Let soak and cool completely.

4. Frost & Chill

Spread Cool Whip evenly over cooled cake.
Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
