7-Can Soup

🥣 7-Can Soup (Easy Pantry Recipe)

Servings

  • 4–6 servings

Ingredients (7 Cans)

  1. 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed

  2. 1 can kidney beans, drained & rinsed

  3. 1 can pinto beans, drained & rinsed

  4. 1 can whole kernel corn, drained

  5. 1 can diced tomatoes (with juice)

  6. 1 can tomato sauce

  7. 1 can cream of chicken soup
    (or cream of mushroom for vegetarian)

Optional Add-Ins (Highly Recommended)

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup water or broth (for thinner soup)

Garnish (Optional)

  • Fresh cilantro or parsley

  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • Shredded cheese

  • Tortilla chips or crusty bread

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a pot
    Pour all 7 cans into a large saucepan or Dutch oven.

  2. Season
    Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Simmer
    Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce to low.
    Simmer 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Adjust texture
    Add water or broth if you prefer a thinner soup.

  5. Serve hot
    Garnish with fresh herbs and toppings of your choice.

Tips & Variations

  • Spicy: Add diced green chiles or hot sauce

  • Protein boost: Add cooked chicken, ground beef, or turkey

  • Vegan: Use cream of mushroom or coconut milk

  • Slow cooker: Cook on LOW for 4–6 hours
