Ingredients (7 Cans)

1 can black beans, drained & rinsed

1 can kidney beans, drained & rinsed

1 can pinto beans, drained & rinsed

1 can whole kernel corn, drained

1 can diced tomatoes (with juice)

1 can tomato sauce
-
1 can cream of chicken soup
(or cream of mushroom for vegetarian)
Optional Add-Ins (Highly Recommended)

1 tsp chili powder
-
½ tsp cumin
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste

½ cup water or broth (for thinner soup)
Garnish (Optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley

Sour cream or Greek yogurt

Shredded cheese

Tortilla chips or crusty bread
Instructions

Add everything to a pot
Pour all 7 cans into a large saucepan or Dutch oven. -
Season
Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. -
Simmer
Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce to low.
Simmer 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally. -
Adjust texture
Add water or broth if you prefer a thinner soup. -
Serve hot
Garnish with fresh herbs and toppings of your choice.
