1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled & deveined

12–14 oz smoked sausage (beef or chicken), sliced into rounds

3 cups broccoli florets
-
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Honey Garlic Sauce
-
ÂĽ cup honey
-
3 tbsp soy sauce
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
-
½ tsp black pepper
Optional Garnish
-
Sesame seeds
-
Chopped parsley or green onions
👩‍🍳 Instructions
 Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together:

Honey
-
Soy sauce
-
Garlic
-
Lemon juice
-
Chili flakes & black pepper
Set aside.
Cook the Sausage

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

Add sausage slices
-
Cook 4–5 minutes until browned on both sides

Remove and set aside
 Cook the Broccoli

In the same skillet, add broccoli
-
Sauté 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender

Remove and set aside with sausage
Cook the Shrimp

Add remaining oil or butter
-
Add shrimp in a single layer
-
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly caramelized
Combine & Glaze

Return sausage and broccoli to the skillet
-
Pour in the honey garlic sauce
-
Toss everything together
-
Simmer 2–3 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened
🔥 Serve Hot

Garnish with sesame seeds or parsley
