Garlic Butter Shrimp (Quick Resume)
Ingredients
• 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 3 tbsp butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Fresh parsley (or cilantro), chopped
• Salt & black pepper
Instructions (Short & Clean)
1. Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a cast-iron pan.
2. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear 1–2 min per side.
3. Add remaining butter + garlic and let it sizzle until fragrant.
4. Squeeze in lemon juice and toss shrimp in the golden bubbling sauce.
5. Finish with fresh herbs on top. Serve hot.
