Nutella Cheesecake
Ingredients
For the Oreo Base:
• 300 g Oreo cookies
• 120 g melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
• 600 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup Nutella
• 3 eggs (at room temperature)
• 1 packet vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons flour
For the Nutella Ganache:
• 200 ml heavy cream
• 4 tablespoons Nutella
• 80 g dark chocolate
Chocolate Whipped Cream (optional):
• 1 packet powdered whipped cream
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
Base:
• Grind Oreo cookies into a fine powder using a food processor.
• Mix with melted butter.
• Press into the bottom of a springform pan (22–24 cm).
• Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes, remove and let cool.
Cheesecake Filling:
• Beat the cream cheese and sugar with a mixer until smooth.
• Add the Nutella and mix.
• Add the eggs one at a time.
• Add the vanilla, cream, and flour and mix on low speed.
• Pour the mixture over the base.![]()
• Bake in a preheated 160°C oven for 55–60 minutes.
• Turn off the oven, leave the door slightly open, and let it rest for 1 hour.
• Once it reaches room temperature, refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
Nutella Ganache:
• Heat the cream until it reaches boiling point.
• Add the Nutella and chocolate and stir.
• Once cooled, pour over the cheesecake.
Topping:
• Whip the cream, milk, and cocoa.
• Pipe onto the cake using a piping bag.
Serving Suggestion
Slice and decorate the top with extra Nutella, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips ![]()
