Air Fryer Salmon Bites
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley, lemon wedges
Instructions
1. Prepare the Salmon:
Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, toss salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
3. Cook the Salmon Bites:
Arrange salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
Air fry for 7–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
4. Finish and Serve:
Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon bites.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
