🍰 Tiramisu Pudding Cups (No-Bake, Easy!)

Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz / ~96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or whipped topping)

  • Β½ cup strong coffee or espresso, cooled

  • 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional, to sweeten coffee)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 package ladyfingers or vanilla wafers

  • Cocoa powder for dusting

  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp coffee liqueur (KahlΓΊa, Marsala)

Instructions

  1. Make pudding: Whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Chill 5 minutes.

  2. Whip cream: Whip heavy cream until soft peaks. Gently fold into pudding with vanilla.

  3. Coffee dip: Mix coffee with sugar (and liqueur if using).

  4. Assemble cups:

    • Break ladyfingers/wafers and lightly dip in coffee.

    • Layer in cups: coffee-soaked cookies β†’ pudding β†’ repeat.

  5. Finish: Dust generously with cocoa powder.

  6. Chill at least 1 hour (overnight is even better).

Tips & Variations

  • Chocolate twist: Add a layer of chocolate pudding.

  • No coffee: Use chocolate milk or decaf.

  • Extra rich: Fold in 4 oz mascarpone with the pudding.

  • Make-ahead: Keeps well in fridge for 2–3 days.
