π° Tiramisu Pudding Cups (No-Bake, Easy!)
Ingredients

1 box (3.4 oz / ~96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk
-
1 cup heavy cream (or whipped topping)

Β½ cup strong coffee or espresso, cooled

1β2 tbsp sugar (optional, to sweeten coffee)

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 package ladyfingers or vanilla wafers

Cocoa powder for dusting

Optional: 1β2 tbsp coffee liqueur (KahlΓΊa, Marsala)
Instructions

Make pudding: Whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Chill 5 minutes.

Whip cream: Whip heavy cream until soft peaks. Gently fold into pudding with vanilla.

Coffee dip: Mix coffee with sugar (and liqueur if using).

Assemble cups:

Break ladyfingers/wafers and lightly dip in coffee.

Layer in cups: coffee-soaked cookies β pudding β repeat.

Finish: Dust generously with cocoa powder.

Chill at least 1 hour (overnight is even better).
Tips & Variations

Chocolate twist: Add a layer of chocolate pudding.

No coffee: Use chocolate milk or decaf.

Extra rich: Fold in 4 oz mascarpone with the pudding.
