Fruit Cups

Ingredients

2 bananas, sliced
 2 oranges, segmented
1 cup pineapple, diced (150 g)
1 cup strawberries, halved (150 g)
2 kiwis, sliced
1 cup blueberries (120 g)
2 tbsp honey (30 ml)
Optional garnish: chia seeds or coconut flakes

Method

Prepare 2 clear cups or small jars.

Layer the fruits (same order in each cup):
banana → orange → pineapple → strawberries → kiwi → blueberries

Drizzle 1 tbsp honey over each cup.

Chill 3–5 minutes or serve instantly fresh
