Dry Rub Mix

Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Pat the wings very dry with paper towels — this makes them crisp.

Toss wings with 1 tbsp olive oil (optional).

In a bowl, mix all the dry rub spices.

Coat wings evenly with the dry rub.

Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet (helps them crisp).
