2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 jar (4.5 oz) dried beef, finely chopped

½ cup green onions, finely chopped (green parts only)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
¼ tsp black pepper
-
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley or extra chopped dried beef for rolling the outside
-
Optional add-ins:

½ cup shredded cheddar
-
1–2 tbsp diced pimentos
-
Dash of hot sauce for heat

🥣 Instructions
1. Mix the cheese base
In a bowl combine:

Softened cream cheese
-
Worcestershire sauce
-
Garlic powder
-
Onion powder
-
Black pepper
Mix until smooth.
2. Add the good stuff
Fold in:

Chopped dried beef
-
Chopped green onions
-
(Optional) cheddar or pimentos
Mix well.
3. Shape it
Scoop mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap.
Form into a ball (or log).
Chill at least 1–2 hours to firm up.
4. Coat the outside
Roll the cheese ball in:

Chopped parsley
OR -
Extra finely chopped dried beef
OR -
A mix of both
This adds flavor + a pretty finish.
5. Serve
Serve with:

Ritz crackers
-
Butter crackers
-
Toasted baguette slices

Celery sticks
⭐ Tips

For the BEST flavor, chill overnight.

If it’s too soft, add a bit more dried beef or cheddar.

If it’s too firm, let it sit out 10 minutes before serving.
