1 can (15 oz) corn, drained (optional)

Crunch + Dressing

1 medium bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, lightly crushed
-
1 bottle Catalina dressing or French dressing (or use ranch if preferred)

Sour cream & sliced green onions for topping (optional)
🔥 Instructions
1. Cook the taco meat

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.

Drain if needed.

Add taco seasoning + water according to packet instructions.

Let cool slightly (warm is fine, just not piping hot).
2. Build the salad
In a large bowl, layer:

Lettuce

Tomatoes

Cheese
-
Beans, corn, and olives (if using)

Cooled taco meat
3. Add crunch + dressing
Right before serving:

Add crushed Doritos.

Drizzle Catalina/French dressing (start with ½ cup and adjust).
