“Made-Up” Red Fish Supper

🧺 Ingredients:

  • Red fish fillets (fresh or thawed)

  • Salt, black pepper, and garlic powder

  • A little butter or olive oil

  • Fresh lemon (if you’ve got it)

  • A few boiled potatoes for the side

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Season the fish with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Heat a skillet with butter or oil over medium heat.

  3. Cook the fish about 3–4 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  4. Squeeze a little lemon on top right before serving.

  5. For the potatoes — just boil ‘em till tender, drain, and put a pat of butter on top.
