3-Ingredient Baked Breakfast

🧺 Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or whatever’s in your fridge)

  • 1 cup cooked breakfast meat (bacon, sausage, or ham — even leftover bits work fine!)


🥣 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish (about 8×8 inches) with butter or oil.

  2. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until smooth.

  3. Stir in the shredded cheese and cooked meat. Mix well to combine.

  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared dish and smooth out the top.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and lightly golden on top.

  6. Cool slightly, then slice into squares and serve warm.
