Ginger Anti-Aging Skin Tonic & Mask Recipe

2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon organic coconut oil (or olive oil for drier skin)
Optional: 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel (for extra soothing)
Optional: A few drops of vitamin E oil (for antioxidant boost)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Ginger Paste
- Peel and finely grate fresh ginger root.
- Press the grated ginger through a fine mesh or cheesecloth to extract the juice (about 1 tablespoon).
- Alternatively, blend it and strain through a sieve.
- Mix the ginger juice with honey and lemon juice in a small bowl.

- Stir in coconut oil and aloe vera gel until the mixture is smooth.
- Add a few drops of vitamin E oil if using.
Step 3: Apply the Mask
- Cleanse your face thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.

- Avoid direct contact with eyes and lips (ginger can sting sensitive areas).
Step 4: Relax & Rinse
- Let the mask sit for 10–15 minutes.
