◾️4 cloves garlic (minced)

◾️1 tsp Italian seasoning

◾️½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

◾️Salt and black pepper to taste

◾️1 cup heavy cream

◾️½ cup chicken broth

◾️1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

◾️½ cup cream cheese

◾️1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For Serving:

◾️12 oz twisted pasta (such as rotini or fusilli)

◾️Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add twisted pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a small amount of pasta water for later use.

Cook the Chicken:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Season chicken strips with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if using.

Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Garlic Butter Base:

In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Create the Creamy Sauce:

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Melt the Cheeses:

Stir in Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Continue stirring until completely melted and smooth. If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to reach your desired sauce consistency.

Combine Everything:

Return the cooked chicken and drained pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated. Let it simmer for another 2–3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve Hot:

Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy this rich, creamy comfort dish while warm!
