🍓 Strawberry Fluff Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant strawberry Jell-O mix

  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup cottage cheese or vanilla yogurt (optional, for added creaminess)

🍓 Instructions

1. Mix the base

In a large bowl, combine the strawberry Jell-O mix with the Cool Whip.
Stir until smooth and evenly pink.

2. Add fruit

Fold in:

  • Crushed pineapple

  • Fresh strawberries

Mix gently until combined.

3. Add marshmallows

Fold in the mini marshmallows.
(If using cottage cheese/yogurt, stir it in now.)

4. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend and the salad thicken.

5. Serve

Scoop into bowls and enjoy cold!
